Night 2 of The Deadly Draw…
Two enjoyable matches with Big & Lil’ Swole and Ivelisse & Diamante moving on to the semi-finals.

The Nightmare Sisters vs Big & Lil’ Swole
We start Night 3 with kind of a whimper of a match. I’ll be honest I was predisposed to not like this match. I’m not a big fan of the Nightmare Sisters storyline although I like Brandi outside of the ring I’m not really sure I can muster any enthusiasm for her inside the ring. To top it all off I love Big Swole, but downright hate the feud between her and Dr. Britt Baker.
The match itself was not some terrible garbage fire. If anything it was about a typical Nightmare Sisters match. If you’ve seen one you know what to expect from the rest. So if you feel the way I do about the team there’s no way past a miracle that their win would not feel like an injustice.
The loss came due to a distraction from Dr. Britt Baker with a megaphone. My two least favorite storylines getting the most attention. Two terrible tastes that definitely don’t taste great together.
Tay Conti & Anna Jay vs Ivelisse & Diamante
The better of the two matches and a great way to end the night was the Dark Order’s Anna Jay & Tay Conti vs Ivellise & Diamante. Anna Jay and Tay Conti are an awesome team together with some great potential for the future. Let’s hope Conti gets signed to AEW so we can see more of her in action. I want a Dark Order women’s tag team that dominates the division!
Ivelisse and Diamante are a brutal team. That brutality gets them the win. I’m excited to see these two move on to the finals. There are no cracks in their team and neither is the weaker of the two. Both are such strong competitors that I’m really looking forward to their domination for that Women’s Tournament Cup.
Night 3 Final Thoughts…
They need to make more women in their division into toys. Bragging about there being only one AEW women’s division action figure is a great heel tactic, but a terrible Heels tactic.
I’m just saying… I want Ivelisse and Diamante action figures.
