- WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match (Preshow): Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler defeated Charlotte & Asuka (c)
Ric Flair & Lacey Evans came out & Ric gave Lacey a pair of brass knuckles that she hit Charlotte in the face with as she had Shayna in The Figure 8, while Ric distracted the referee. Nia then hit a running leg drop on Flair & pinned her. Baszler & Jax are the new WWE Women’s Tag Champions. - WWE Championship Match: Drew McIntyre (c) defeated Goldberg
Drew attacked Goldberg before the bell & was put through the barricade on the outside for his efforts. The match eventually started & both guys kicked out of several finishers. McIntyre connected with a second Claymore & pinned Goldberg. - SmackDown Women’s Championship Match: Sasha Banks (c) defeated Carmella
Sasha grabbed Carmella’s arm as she was lying on the mat & pulled her down into The Banks Statement, tapping her out. - Women’s Royal Rumble Winner: Bianca Belair
The final four came down to Belair, Natalya, Charlotte & Rhea Ripley. Belair dumped Natalya, then combined with Rhea to take out Flair. Bianca went for The K.O.D. on Ripley, but she landed on her feet against the ropes. She went for a clothesline on her but Rhea ducked & tried to return the favor. Belair ducked that attempt, then clotheslined Ripley over the top to win. - Universal Championship Last Man Standing Match: Roman Reigns (c) defeated Kevin Owens
Owens handcuffed Reigns to the bottom of some staging near the entrance ramp & the referee go to a count of nine, but Reigns grabbed him & threw him against some lighting, knocking him out. Reigns fought off Owens & Heyman came out to unhook the cuffs. Reigns then choked out KO with a Guillotine & he was unable to beat the ten count, resulting in Roman’s victory. - Men’s Royal Rumble Winner: Edge
Edge & Orton entered at 1 & 2, with Edge DDTing him on a table on the outside & taking a chair to his knee a short time into the match. Orton was escorted to the back to the trainer’s office. Down to Edge, Christian, Seth Rollins & Braun Strowman, Rollins eliminated Christian & Braun as they were tangled up with Edge on the apron. Edge then took out Rollins & Orton appeared & RKO’d him. Orton then went to toss him over the top, but Edge reversed & threw him over, winning the match.
