Happy New Year, gang! Although it’s a new year, we’ll be sure to still have the same old review of tonight’s show. So be sure check back in tomorrow.
- Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman & Jey Uso opened the show, with Roman gloating about how great they all are. Kevin Owens interrupted & Roman told him to get lost. Owens responded that Reigns should be embarrassed that he’s still standing & then said he’s going to the back to demand a fight be booked for later between himself & Jey Uso.
- Big E defeated King Corbin (DQ)
Big E connected with The Big Ending & went for the pin, but Sami Zayn rushed into the ring from commentary & attacked him. Zayn, Cutler & Blake all beat up E after until Apollo Crews ran down & made the save. - Big E & Apollo Crews defeated Sami Zayn & King Corbin
Corbin bailed on Zayn after the two kept arguing, which left him open for Apollo to hit him with his Spinning Powerbomb & get pinned. - Backstage, Owens pleaded with Adam Pearce to give him a match with Uso & he eventually agreed.
- Big E & Apollo were interviewed in the back after their win. E said there’d be an open challenge next week for The Intercontinental Championship & Apollo quickly accepted.
- The Riott Squad defeated Tamina & Natalya
Billie Kay came out managing the latter team & distracted Tamina by yelling advice at her from ringside. Liv Morgan then rolled her up for the win. Billie ditched the losers & celebrated with The Riotts afterward. - Carmella & Bayley defeated Sasha Banks & Bianca Belair
Carmella’s Sommelier kept getting on the apron & distracting Sasha. She eventually knocked him off, but Carmella capitalized & connected with The Mella-Buster for the win. - Sonya Deville was shown walking through the hallway backstage.
- The Street Profits came to the ring for a joke segment & made predictions about 2021. Roode & Ziggler ambushed them & beat them down with chair.
- Daniel Bryan & Otis defeated Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura
Bryan tapped out Nakamura with The Yes Lock. - Kevin Owens defeated Jey Uso
Uso missed a dive off the top & then Owens hit him with a Stunner to get the win. Owens handcuffed Jey to the ropes after & proceeded to keep attacking him. With Roman not coming out to save Jey, Owens uncuffed him & said he’ll bring the fight to him in the back. He pushed Jey up the ramp, then off to the side & put him on a table. He then climbed up into The Thunderdome monitors to jump off onto Jey, but Roman intercepted him. Reigns & Jey beat Owens down with chairs up there, eventually throwing Owens off & through a table as the show went off the air.
